One of my teammates passed these pecan treats around the office yesterday, here is the recipe:
1 egg white
1 cup cold water
Stir egg white and water until foamy
1 pound pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar in the raw
1/4 teas salt
1 tsp cinnamon
dump pecans into water mixture and coat, drain and top with sugar mixture
pour on to cookie sheet and bake at 275 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
