Independence Day celebrates the birthday of the United States of America. Founded July 4th 1776, with the signing of the Declaration of Independence, America is celebrating it's 233rd birthday today! The day is usually spent attending parades, picnics, boating, and/or firework shows. It's also the day that Americans purchase the most BEER (as I heard on the radio earlier today).
